Help for perimenopause symptoms

I bought this for insomnia from perimenopause and it's worked really well. I still wake at night but can fall back asleep right away and feel much more rested. It's also helped with sore joints. Well worthwhile.

I tried the Bedtime bundle. Sadly, it did not work for me but the customer service was excellent and the refund was prompt.

Did nothing whatsoever for me unfortunately this product is not for me perhaps another brand
