I depend on something else to take it
It’s not practical for me. I’m taking it because it works great, but after trying it and the pills, the pills are 100% better. This Voomie I must always combine with something… The flavor is not good just with water so it force me to drink something else like milk, chocolate, etc, which I don’t usually take at night. It works good, but I won’t buy it again.

Brilliant product to help sleep
Love the new taste. So good. Have it lightly to help my sleeep routine. Feel the difference if I don’t have it.

Works but not a fan of the taste and smell of this one
I agree with so many reviews that bedtime bliss definitely works however unlike the chocolate flavour which I have every night, I'm still struggling to have the caramel every night with this having a strange smell and taste to it that I'm not quite used to. For future orders I think ill stick to the chocolate flavour at least until I can experiment with using this one in different ways to taste better.
