Same result but prefer taste of previous

I only like the chocolate flavour of the three bedtime bliss range, the others sickly sweet for me. I prefer the old chocolate taste to the new, but the new formula dissolves a little easier than the old. Both products help me sleep for longer.

This is honestly amazing! Tastes great and helps me sleep amazingly! The best part though I wake up feeling awake and ready to go for the day! Couldn’t recommend this more!

It doesn’t work for me

I really wanted this to work after reading so many positive reviews about helping with relaxation and sleep. In my experience, it didn’t have the effect I was hoping for. The first few days I actually felt quite nauseous and even woke up during the night because of it. After that, the nausea improved, but my sleep didn’t — I still woke up just as often, sometimes even more. Of course, everyone reacts differently, but unfortunately this just wasn’t the right fit for me.
