I ordered it for my partner in Victoria, Canada and delivery was a little late, so I was upset initially.
However, “April” from customer services, showed much empathy and was extremely helpful in speeding up the process, communicating with me, etc.
Long story short… We love it, so I’m very happy and I’m excited for this journey with the Komuso shift.
Came in a cute tiny box too.
