Smart Collar

I can’t even rate this because I wasn’t able to connect it to my Wi-Fi. I reached out to customer service and never received a reply so that’s why they’re getting a one star review. I’m hoping that an update comes out and I’m able to connect to my Wi-Fi that’s why I still haven’t returned it but as of now the one star review will stay just because their customer service is one star

I really love this collar for my 2 kitties! Tracking their activity levels is really helpful. You would not normally notice things like how much time they are spending on normal activities like grooming or sleeping, and that it could mean something is amiss. I had no issues setting up the collar and the charging home devices on Android with WiFi. As a bonus it helps to track the temperature of the different rooms in my house. I'm really glad that this device exists for cat parents!
