Neatly and securely packaged. Travelled all the way from Oregon to Hawaii with no breakage. Unboxed the day of delivery, planted in a pot the next day, and already with new large groups of leaves on Day 4. Can’t wait for more growth and especially excited and hopeful to see my first rose bloom! Also, I phoned customer service twice and they were so kind and patient with my nitty gritty questions! Heirloom Roses is the way to go! So happy everything so far, that I ordered a second rose from them only a week later.
