I am leaving a 1‑star review because my subscription for iron tablets was not properly cancelled, despite written confirmation from BetterVits that it had been. I emailed your team in June to cancel my iron tablet subscription and received a reply confirming that the cancellation had been processed. However, earlier this week I still received another 3‑month supply of iron tablets and was charged accordingly. This is extremely frustrating: I followed your cancellation process, received confirmation, and yet the subscription continued and I was sent products I no longer wanted. I now have to arrange a return and chase a refund for an order that should never have been placed. Until this is resolved and I receive confirmation that no further charges will be taken, I cannot recommend BetterVits. Please contact me urgently to confirm: • That my subscription is now fully cancelled • That no further payments will be taken • How I should return the unwanted iron tablets and receive a refund

I stumbled across this complex after spending the last few years researching perimenopasue and fibromyalgia in someone who has ADHD. I have been taking it for around 3 weeks and I feel like I am 25 again. This is definetly a formula that works
