HD Channel

Love these blinds! Easy to install, service was great and quick!

Super happy with our blinds now they are installed and working well. The installation did take longer than many people suggest; primarily because of the time it takes to drill all the holes in the HD channels, for each screw one hole to go through an internal metal plate then through the backplate, then a larger hole through the internal plate only, big enough for the screw head to go through, so you can anchor the HD channels to the wall. The other very minor issue was the Felt Strips were not glued into the HD channels, so the slide up the channel and got entangled in the roll of the blind every time the blind was rolled up, and it gathered in the middle and pushed the blind material out of the channel. It was an easy fix, I simply superglued the Felt Strips into the channel. The product quality is great, and we are really happy with the end result, I just think people need to be told upfront that it will take more time to install than is suggested, forewarned about the need to drill the HD channels (I thought they would come predrilled, and forewarned about the need to glue the Felt Strips in. I thought they would come pre-glued into the frame. Having said this, none of it was difficult, its a great product, really good value for money, and we love our new blinds. Thanks!
