Love love love! The nose strips open them up so well and I feel like a normal nasal breathing human. The mouth tape is great, not restrictive. First night was super easy. The nose strips are VERY sticky so they leave adhesive on my nose after and it’s difficult to get it off, but they are SO good I’m going to keep wearing them!
