I was already using silicone patches for my forehead, but these are prettier and stick much better. The nose straps are my favorite part! I wasnt even going to use them until I got sick but they are a staple in my routine now. The mouth tape is more luxurious than a previous brand I tried. However I think I will try without the hole next time for full closure benefits.
