Nearly Perfect

The quality and finish is superb as with all Jottnar’s clothing. Breathability is good and the fabric has a nice degree of stretch. For my body shape the fit wasn’t consistent with other Jottnar pieces I own, the Asger and Floyen. The Sigvard is narrower across the shoulders and forearms which caused the sleeves to ride up when reaching for hand holds. I found this out too late to exchange so, if you have broad shoulder’s, I would recommend buying the next size up from your normal size. Fit through the torso is trim and pocket positioning perfect. Usual Jottnar attention to detail make this a really nice soft shell to own.

Size 44 chest bought XL , just enough room to layer, and free enough movement without. Would describe as light shower proof , would not be suitable in a heavy downpour Great hood. Inside pocket would be better on right chest to give balance to the left outside chest pocket. Had been looking at this for a while purchased at full price and then it arrived on the day the sale occurred. Could have sent back and repurchased in sale, but happy with jacket. At the sale price its an absolute must buy.
