I was really impressed with the quality of this product. Ive cooked a lot of rabbit, somewhat of a pain to get locally though possible - from the local butcher to the Asian grocery store you can cobble it togrther. But none if them had the quality I was looking for and some where downright dreadful. Without a doubt this is the best quality rabbit I’ve ever gad.
