Good Service from the company, disappointing product

Good prompt service from the company,but sadly the product didn't live up to its advertising or the description on the box. Limited battery life and functionality. There are better drones on the market for the price. Should have researched more thoroughly before i bought it. Wouldn't buy another one.

Easy to use. My son loves it but the battery only last about 10 minutes
