I purchased the Large dilator set, as well as an individual size 4 dilator, on my pelvic floor physio's recommendation. The dilators are beautifully constructed in high quality, tactile silicone that is robust and easy to clean. Along with the dilators themselves I've also found Bien's YouTube videos really helpful. I've already made so much progress and only expect to improve from here. Also really happy to support a small Australian business! Thank you so much!

While working with a Physio for vaginismus, I bought the Bien large set + number 4. They are on the pricier end of dialator sets (from what I saw online) but are very good quality, nice silicon feel, arrived quickly and from an Aussie company. They arrived in discreet packaging (much to my relief as I live in an apartment). I have been able to progress to number 8 with consistent practice.
