Recommend. Day 1 testing, literally filled up a part with yoghurt, added lid and threw it like a rugby ball with bets on leaks. Zero spill. So spag bol went in next to fruit and muffin. All spared from each other. Also, if the apple is a bit big, the lid is soft so bulges but still closes as opposed to hard lunchboxes with no budge. Im sure each section wouldn't seal perfectly but if its not a leaky thing next to it, no issue.
