A mature DAC

This DAC, like many Topping products, delivers performance well above its price range. The sound is natural and detailed, with a precise and expansive soundstage. It doesn’t add or remove anything from the recording, nor does it impose a personal character—its only “signature” is letting everything coming from the source be heard at its best. I personally use it with GentooPlayer and Audirvana, and I’m very pleased with the results.
