They were kind enough to let me know they were out of Amaro and would send Cali Spritzer (and refund difference) instead. The Spritzer was very weak and not at all refreshing. Would not buy again.

I was looking for something to mimic Campari. Amaro’s flavors are aromatic and enticing, and the bitter part was to be expected, but it wasn’t sweet enough for me. No problem I thought, and mixed with concentrated simple syrup to try and reproduce the thicker mouthfeel of Campari. It became too sweet so I added lemon slices…couldn’t seem to get a good balance. It’s not bad with a little simple syrup and sparkling water however.

Great, complex, adult flavor. Mixes perfectly with tonic and grapefruit for a paloma vibe, I'm sure even better with a twist of lime.
