Wonderful experience only when making new purchases. But, I bought one for my granddaughter’s first birthday last year and a few months ago, it popped. I wrote to you asking if I could send the beads to be re-strung and got no response so I just recently purchased a new one for her 2nd birthday next month, May 23rd.
