Scouted stitched found my phone number to personally text me about back order and design options- definitely wasn’t expecting that with the back to school rush! And the back pack came before school started despite me not ordering by the deadline and back order! HOW did she do it?? I don’t know but I’m extremely grateful. Worth every penny the stitching was exquisite and flawless! I have an embroidery machine but prefer to hire scouted stitch!

Caitlin does quality work and is very communicative along the way to ensure your order turns out EXACTLY the way you want. I’ve been using Scouted Stitch for all my monogramming needs for five years. Have never been disappointed.
