Great Knife

The knife is a compact, well-made tool that quickly proves its value in daily kitchen prep. The blade comes impressively sharp and feels nimble in hand, making it ideal for any task. It’s nicely balanced with a comfortable handle that offers good control, even during extended use. This knife is unmatched in quality, it feels great, looks amazing, and I am exceptionally pleased with it.

Lite and Sharp

This knife is lightweight and stays sharp. I’ve touched up the edge with a ceramic rod and strop and it comes back to shaving sharp easily. At first I thought the handle may be a little on the small side (XL glove size), but after some use I’ve gotten used to it and it is comfortable. The fit and finish is excellent, all edges are rounded and smooth. The knife is a little handle heavy which I prefer and it balances very well. I haven’t put it thru any hard use yet, but it excels in what I have used it for: trimming chicken breasts, skinning peaches, cutting vegetables, shaving garlic cloves, etc. The size of the knife is perfect, it can do the detail work and bigger jobs alike. I’ll probably consider the chef knife once the burgundy handles are back in stock.

Simply Amazing

Simply put, this is the best purchase I have ever made for a kitchen tool. I have and have had all the German knives, cook everyday, and simply can’t believe how great this knife performs and handles. It’s like an extension of my hand. I will be ordering a chefs knife when they come back in stock in a few weeks and will be donating all my old knives. I have no interest in using them ever again. In addition, I have absolutely blown away by the amazing customer support. I did not expect a personal phone call from David when there was a small shipping concern, loved the inspection video on YouTube, and just the attention to detail in general.
