We have been roasting with Demitasse for several months now. We had to quickly transition to this toll roaster due to our previous toll roaster closing down suddenly. The lead roaster, Alex, has worked tirelessly with us on our precise roast profile needs. We are incredibly grateful for their partnership and dedication to working with us on our "unorthodox" roast profiles. Many roasters have turned us down due to our specialty profile, but this team continues to push the boundaries of typical roasting with us.
