Better Bread Bundle

I have been making sourdough for approx 2 yrs, so Im no expert. I always used King Arthurs organic bread flour, however, ever since using BB bread flour in both my starter and loaves, they have been the best ever. Starter is the strongest its been in 2yrs. My loaves have had the highest rise, they are extremely, delicious, fluffy, and come out with the perfect crust. Im obsessed with this flour. What a difference! Not to mention, my husband and 4yo have also commented on the flavour and texture right away without telling them I changed the flour. I think that says alot!

The quality of the flour is second to none. I do not feel bloated or heavy when eating the bread I make with it and the texture is gorgeous!

I truly love this flour for my sourdough baking needs. It has been a bit of an adjustment for hydration but I know have it figured out. I will continue to use this flour for my family to have the best breads and sourdough things I can bake. Thank you for caring about the quality of your flour.
