Hey Kay, what a fabulous and beautifully designed product. As soon as we opened it it felt LUX and very special. After 1 week already both my daughters heavily bleached hair has already transformed with softness and thickness! My hair feels fabulous too. Loving the products and love the packaging. The rubber mats for safety and support is great in the shower. Especially with younger kids who like to move things around constantly. We did have a chipped conditioner bottle on arrival. I have already spoken to you about this so thank you and I can not believe you have replaced this free of charge for me. Thank you xxoo 10/10.
