Building My Stronger Bone Regimen

I have just started taking this combo of collagen and annatrol. The collagen is tasteless, and dissolves easily in water. The annatrol is to be taken with food, but the biggest benefits in addition to the supplements are the support I get from the Healthy Bones team. Reminders of strengthening good habits to eat more healthy protein throughout the day and do strength building exercise for bone turnover.

Taking products for a year.

I have been taking these two products for about a year. While I have not had a new DEXA scanner blood tests, I look forward to improved numbers.
