Comprehensive, Intelligent, Challenging and FUN
The cork is so comfortable to work with. Light weight but sturdy and very transportable. The simplicity of the system is brilliant. There are countless movements and exercises that target the smallest areas of the muscles and tendons. The instructional video's are excellent and motivating. Go for it.
