Disappointment the Second Time Around
This is my second purchase of tiles. I was very please with my first purchase back in 2018. I wanted the same tile with the same color to be used in a small project in another space. I contacted customer support to confirm what color I had purchase prior, before reordering the same product. When I received the tile I noticed the copper color was very different and not in a good way. When contacting support about color issue and that I was not happy with the product, I was informed that their vendor had changed so the color had changed. That's it. I replied to them that I was not informed of that information when I contacted support originally asking about the color. I am glad that this was very small project as I would NOT have ordered this color... it does not compare to the older color which is much nicer. I am very disappointed with the customer support and in their new copper color.
