Black Crickets

Someone got my order wrong and sent me 1500 crickets which i barely have the room for, and thry were on egg cases with cracked rotten eggs on them, i was sent less dubias than usual and one was dead too, they stink, im never ordering from you again, all u do is geg orders wrong and now i have to deal with a room that stinks and cleaning out 1000 crickets, i hope whoever sent me all these crickets gets what thry deserve from their boss because its not a simple mistake and its made you loose a customer once and for all

Dead on arrival

Bag of 500x crickets came dead on arrival. They stank out the home and had to be thrown. Refund has been issued, although there is no form of compensation for the work and mess created, with no sincere apology. Internet reptile totally failed on reptile food here!
