Bad return or exchange

I reached out to customer service to have the Hydroextrem5 exchanged for a larger model and pay the difference. I haven’t use the product, it was in the sealed bag and the representative was a kind of rude saying that they cannot exchange it. I sent a bunch of emails but didn’t get any answers back. So now I’m stuck with a product that I cannot use. Disappointing
