ReliveX Adaptive Correction System

I love the product, and was getting good results, but I have only had it a month, and one of the hosts stopped working. Very disappointed. They make you video the problem if you want any hope of a replacement. Not sure how that helps, because they can't feel it not working from my house, but, okay. Because of the obvious poor quality, I can't in good faith recommend. Will change this review if I get a teplacement host.

Remote did not work out of the box. I contacted customer service. I sent a video as per their request of me trying to get remote to connect. I keep being told someone will review this. Three days and no word on how this will be handled. I have emailed every day. I just get a generic "we know your frustrated ". No claim number nothing. Not much help here at Shop Pay either. Do you check the merchants you are affiliated with? I guess I will just dispute the charge with my credit card company.
