Not what I expected

When I bought this service I thought SoftStartUSA had installers available. In fact, they had to call several local mobile techs just like I would have had to. It took several weeks for them to find someone who would do the installation. The person selected is not a mobil tech, so I have to take the trailer to a dealer about 1 hour from my house…a dealer I have never met. Plus side was that Melanie (who was arranging all this) was pleasant and as frustrated as I was that they could not find a technician. I should have just purchased the SoftStart through my local RV dealer. Would have been the same price and they would have installed it.

Didn’t use concierge

We ended up having someone else install it while getting other work done
