Clean Again

Good stuff I take natural liver detox supps and when I'm successful the liver dumps some toxic substance in guts I get really bad bloating and feel drowsy for a while, So I take this charcoal to clean up might take a few hours, but when it's finished I feel all better. I chose this brand as it specifies created for internal use. Unlike the stuff I used to buy at the soap making store.Not sure if it was suitable or not.
