Great balance of chocolate and light acidity! I dialed this in pretty quickly and found it to be a great choice for when you want something classic and familiar. It’s also great for guests or coffee newbies because light roast can be off putting with the higher acidity. The She Roars blend balances the line of traditional coffee and third wave well.

Very Flavorful!

Very tasty! Because I do not have an espresso machine, I have to make due with a food drip coffee machine, so I don’t get the full benefit of the beans, but they still make a very flavorful cup of coffee.

My favorite blend. The only problem is that Driftaway now ships by Amazon instead of USPS like they used to. So slower shipping and of course the social ramifications.
