Gift Card Follow UP
Hi, I can only give 1 star as I've tried to go thru your guest concierge, email inquiries and a phone call wth one of your staff and still have not received confirmation that my gift card was sent properly or that the recipient has received. Last communication was when I called and spoke with someone on the phone, they were going to email me back with a confirmation but I did not receive anything,

Great birthday gift
