The mattress itself is very comfortable however it started coming apart very badly at the seams all over the mattress from normal sleep for 2 people under 140 pounds. I contacted Glacier and after 2 months and not getting ahold of any real customer service agents. I’ve actually never experienced this level of service from any products of this price point

Been sending you emails and no one is responding. I received two stains upon opening a brand new mattress. We didn’t even sleep on it yet nor put any coverings yet. Please advise.

Been sleeping on this for a few weeks. It’s not the bed for me. It is VERY firm and does not stay cool. I noticed no difference between the cooling of this mattress and my old cheap memory foam which was also extremely hot. The edges sink wildly when you get close to them—there is no way to sit or lie on the edge of this bed because the edges completely cave in and you’ll fall off the bed. The motion transfer is extremely noticeable. my partner can’t sleep too close or else the bed will sag deeply and I will start to roll into the dent. I’m disappointed in this purchase.
