Sway Swing

I'd like to revise my earlier review to 5 stars :)

Hey guys! We ordered two sway swings earlier this year and the wrong item was shipped. Once we were able to get through the customer service backlog our interaction was great. This is a company with a quality product who really cares about their customers and their customer experience. :) looking forward to receiving our swings and getting our kids out to play! :D

I bought this for my grandkid - two families. One is finally complete today, the Reading nook. Oh my gosh, I’m loving the smiles all around. It took two healthy strong adults to put it together and it definitely took more than the hour mentioned in the instructions but it was well worth it!! Great quality product!

Our favorite part of the day

To be completely honest, Bijou build donated mainstay and swing arm to my family. My 6 year old little boy has neuroblastoma and has been fighting for over a year. I reached out to the company totally not expecting an actual response because I just couldn’t swing the investment right now with all of the other cancer related expenses and missing work so frequently. Bijou responded. They cared so much. I can’t think of an evening that we’ve been home since this arrived that we haven’t been on it. One of my favorite parts is that even when he doesn’t feel totally up for playing, he can still go outside and rest inside of the mainstay and get sunshine. Thank you for giving us this opportunity.
