It started with one child asking for a Declan bucket and expanded to an order for 5 different buckets. All were a delight to the children and for all the adults to watch the many treasures that were found. I want to share a story about this company and it's exceptional customer service. By December twenty third I had received only three of the five buckets. Of course , I was quite concerned because the missing buckets were the 5 gallon buckets I had ordered and were the big christmas gift for 2 of my grandsons. When I emailed the support email address , I quickly received a response from them that an order would be arriving on that day. I was quite relieved and looked forward to receiving the package. You can imagine my dismay when it arrived.But there was only one 5 gallon bucket. That meant there would be one little boy without his christmas surprise. I emailed the company once again and within a couple of minutes , they emailed me back assuring me that they were able to trace the missing bucket , and it was on a truck and would be delivered that day. I let them know when it arrived and was so happy for the extra customer support I received even on the eve of Christmas Eve. Thank you Declan Mining Co.!!!

Ordered them for Christmas presents, I have 2 granddaughters that love rocks and digging as much as me. Can't wait to see what they think. Fast service and updated.
