AIO 20 CUBE

Love it

Love my AIO 20 CUbe. Everything is build super great and runs nice. Only thing I would ask for is instructions that are better on how to setup the AIO with the parts to the point where you put water in it. I am a beginner so any help is neede. But buy it!!!

Beautiful

Tank is Beautiful, nice sleek design together with the cabinet. Glass is crystal clear. There is some things that it could be improved but i am only saying it for a feedback not to discourage someone from buying. Cabinet in my situation, screws provided for the hinges were way to small so i had to use my own bigger one so i can actually tighten the hinges tight. Also the pump that comes with the tank i think it should be upgraded to better quality. It is extremely loud for a pump that size. But i just replaced mine with something else. Its just a feedback to something the company can improve. Overall i will be back to Waterbox if i want another tank. Thanks

Pleased with the final product but

Upon arrival the stand was missing pieces that were supposed to be preinstalled. There were no extra parts included so I contacted customer support through email then called. They were very kind and helped figure out the parts I needed and then said they were expediting it to me. That evidently means putting it in an envelope and mailing it USPS. It took longer for the missing parts to arrive than the entire tank and stand which was fedex. It took over a week to receive the items so I could assemble and use the tank I’d already waited 6 weeks for due to back order adding insult to injury. Overall not a great experience but now that it’s setup everything seems to be working properly. Only negative is that stand door doesn’t close flush so is at a slight angle.
