Assembled product is SOLID! Had a problem with caster wheel nuts/bolts. They were different thread count and nuts would not thread onto bolts. They sent replacement nuts/bolts within a few days and now I have what will likely be the last shop stool I ever buy. Had to subtract a point/star for the nut/bolt issue. Love the fact that it's made in the USA!!!

Price is a bit high but I myself am a fabricator and after getting it I can say it really was worth it for the quality and easy maneuverability. I added the Backrest and the leather pads on the base and backrest are as great as they say aswell! If you’re able to spend the extra money on a shop upgrade this is the chair for you!
