My New Mainstay
I've been on the prowl for a daily driver coffee. I do pour over coffee every morning and have experimented with grocery store and specialty coffees. Many are interesting and have unique qualities, some are more hum drum, but the Sure Thing coffee is the taste that I had been looking for. I've wanted "just a good cup of coffee" and this goes over and above what I had been looking for. Fellow coffee enthusiasts at work, when I make a V60 for them, go wide eyed and say "what is this??" Seriously my favourite coffee. Next time I order it'll be a subscription. Thanks Phil & Sebastian!
