Always fresh
I've been buying fenugreek seeds from Mumm's for years. They're always fresh and sprout beautifully every time (I use the jar method) which, trust me, doesn't usually happen with the seeds sold in stores as spices. These are the best!

Everyone should sprout fenugreek! Works well to sprout and tastes great!
Also enjoyed the sunflower, purple basil, and arugula microgreens. Broccoli sprouts are a staple. Salads have so much more flavour now. Don't forget the lentils, chickpeas (sprouted hummus) and mung beans. Feels so good!
