Received the product in with good packing and good shape. All Parts were present. Easy to install. Overall works great. Inconvenience is the supply line. It is cheap and thin and kinks easily cutting off water flow. I had to tie to the fence in a couple of areas to keep it from kinking.

Overall, the product functions as advertised and matches the description on the website. However, it retracts very quickly, making it difficult to control the speed of retraction. Keep your hands away while the retracting process starts.

My wife, who waters our plants everyday just told me that the hose reel we bought was an awesome purchase!
