Very poor supply of purchased item
The bundle that I purchased is in a format that I am really struggling to use/convert. I am using CarveCo which is a world renown software for designing projects for CNC machines and it won't even look at the Trivet Bundle. If you are selling to the public you need to be asking which format the purchaser is requiring the file in not just selling a product and no care that the purchaser is left with a lemon. Pick your game up guys.
