On a walk between the Trans Pennine Trail and Mappleton I sat on the ground, leaning against a tree, to eat my sandwich. As I was getting up I spotted this scar where a branch had previously been cut - it's almost a perfect heart and really made me smile. I unpacked my bag to get my camera out straight away.
