STEAMED BIIF REMOTE - SIGNED

Ordered two biif controllers mid June 2026. It took them two weeks to ship. The controllers did not work, both. Customer service took four weeks to reply my email with a question, I answered it and two weeks later (now) I'm still waiting for their reply which will probably not be a solution. Over $150 down the toilet; well considering how much I like poofesure having the signed versions is not a complete waste. I will buy some other replacement on ebay.
