Chives, Garlic

My absolute favorite sprout. I found sprouting chives so much easier and greater harvest than planting them as microgreens. My sprouting station has 2 x 1900ml jars. They always seem to be on the go. I use them mostly for salads and sandwiches. The taste, look and texture is amazing... not to mention the health benefits... the husks actually add to the experience. Fridge time (if they last) is also top notch (2+ weeks)... I have never had to chuck the last handful.
