great product, but given incorrect info
i called asking what length chain to order. said i cut the chain off the bike and counted 116 links with the master still attached. i asked support if i need to order a 114 or 116 chain, as i didnt know if the master counted in the link count or not when ordering chains. i was advised to order the 116 length chain as that count is including the master. it was not. i needed to cut a link off, and paid for a link that i didnt need. not a cost issue, but an inconvenience and something i wish support had known.
