I saw an ad for the Thermoregulating panty targeting peri women and jumped on it. They definitely keep cooler than most underwear with a lightweight, breathable fabric. They have a good fit, stay put with no bunching or rolling. There's no pantyline so I can wear them with anything. And they're super comfortable. A definite win. I will be buying more. They do run big so I had to exchange for a smaller size, so size down.
