We have not found that the evening elixir has really helped us radically. We ordered a full container, and no one really likes the commitment to drinking it at night since we have been committed to the fasting process.

I’ve been using the evening elixir for about 6 months and I absolutely love it. It’s an evening ritual , Absolutely love the taste and bonus only 13 calories per serving. Would highly recommend.
