When I got this product, the wiring harness was wired up wrong so I had to manually wire it up myself. And I paid $380 for it so if I’m paying that much I would like it to be plug-in play and not be wired up wrong. And I wish there were some instructions on how to put the controller on. I know how to do it myself, but if let’s say some person that doesn’t know anything about bikes, would not know how to do that.
