I dunno. It doesn't work!
So, it doesn't connect to the app. The on button never turns from red to green. I did extensive home testing as coached by staff and at this point ENOUGH i just want a refund. They stop communicating about it once it seems we just about reach an agreement. I've bought many products here but i'm not being treated like a good customer. I would not buy from this company again, unfortunately. Beware, if things don't work you will be required to become a technician and film it at the same time and deal with multiple people all of whom have different ideas about moving forward--that is if they even keep communicating with you! Refund? fast and easy? no way.
